  • Material & Chemical Resistance:
    • Constructed from FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) compound, compliant with ASTM D1418, offering exceptional resistance to mineral oils, hydraulic fluids (ISO 6743-4), diesel, and greases. Unlike standard NBR seals, FKM retains 95% of its elasticity after 1000 hours of immersion in harsh mining fluids .
    • The reinforced metal backing (0.3mm thickness) provides structural stability, preventing deformation under high pressure and ensuring a tight fit in seal grooves .
  • Sealing Performance:
    • 7mm primary lip with ±0.1mm tolerance (ISO 6194) ensures effective sealing at pressures up to 20MPa, while the integrated dust lip blocks abrasive particles from entering hydraulic systems—critical for preventing premature wear of cylinders and valves .
    • 70 Shore A hardness balances flexibility and durability, maintaining contact force even after repeated compression cycles, with a compression set of ≤20% (ASTM D395) to ensure long-term sealing efficiency .
