    • 6mm cross-section with ±0.1mm tolerance (ISO 3601-1) ensures a tight fit in standard seal grooves, providing effective static and dynamic sealing at pressures up to 20MPa. The 70 Shore A hardness balances flexibility and durability, preventing extrusion under high pressure .
    • Low compression set (≤20% per ASTM D395) maintains sealing force over 5000 hours of operation, reducing the need for frequent replacements .
