Performance Advantages
- Pressure Stability: Maintains consistent damping force at 350 bar continuous pressure, with a 420 bar burst pressure rating for safety redundancy (ISO 6020/1 compliant).
- Wear Resistance: Chrome-plated surface (Ra ≤0.8μm) and PTFE-coated NBR seals reduce friction and extend service life in abrasive drilling conditions.
- Temperature Resilience: Operates reliably in -20°C to +80°C environments, making it suitable for arctic and high-temperature mining applications.
Applications
- Underground Drilling: Ideal for Epiroc RD 18U hydraulic drifters, controlling shock absorption in rock drilling and tunneling operations.
- Heavy Machinery: Used in excavators and loaders to stabilize hydraulic cylinders during impact-driven tasks.
- Industrial Hydraulics: Supports material handling systems and presses, providing vibration dampening in high-frequency operations.
